Some Fifth Collective pieces are hand-finished or hand-set. Small differences in stone placement, polish, texture, shape or shade may occur from piece to piece. Product photography is intended to represent the piece accurately, although lighting and screen settings can affect colour. These normal variations do not, by themselves, indicate a fault.
On designs made with slender or flexible posts or stems, a small amount of give may be intentional to reduce stress during handling. A slight bend can occur. Please avoid repeatedly bending or straightening the post; if it arrives broken, loose or materially misaligned, contact us before wearing it.
Where a product listing identifies natural, semi-precious, pearl, shell or another naturally varying material, inclusions, veining, tone, shape and lustre can differ from piece to piece. These characteristics are natural and should not automatically be treated as scratches or cracks. Please rely on the individual product listing for the materials used in your piece.
